Spencer's Birthday-the final chapter

Spencer pretty much had the most awesome birthday weekend ever! Birthday party with friends, then Disneyland, then presents from Mom and Dad and another party with David's family! For his birthday we gave Spencer a violin. It is the cutest thing ever. He loves it. I really should get him some lessons. At his party with the Wilcock's, LoraLeigh made him a giant cupcake. It didn't get eaten that night because everyone just ate the small ones and since we had so made parties and so much cake (we still had train cake), one day that next week after lunch I just let Spencer go to town! He is not much of a sugar kid, so he did really eat that much, it just made for some great pics!

Apparently our party was not very exciting for Bob! J/k! Actually my father in law just works way too hard!

Spencer's birthday part 2!

Since Spencer and my stepdad, Dave share a birthday and Disneyland let you get in free on your birthday, we figured what better way to spend the day! The kids had a blast with Grandma, Grandpa and Unlce Trent. Then just to top the day off, we met up with my brother and his family half way through the day who just happened to plan a trip that overlaped with ours! Needless to say, everyone had a blast!
(It is amazing how much your kids grow up in 9 months!)

Spencer's birthday

Yes, I really have to go back THAT far! So he is a quick post about Spencer's birthday party. Forst, just pretend we are back to the end of April. His birthday is May 2nd, but we had the party ahead of time because we took him to Disneyland on his actual birthday(more to come on that). Spencer wanted a train party, so thanks to some great party websites, we had an awesome party! We had train tracks on the floor, a train cake, all the kids "became" trains and made matching train carts, a homemade train pinata and pin the face on Thomas. Spencer loved every minute and LOVED that all his friends were there. On a side note he has already picked his party themes for the next 2 years! Nothing like planning ahead!

Okay, okay....

Alright, My blog has been dead for a REALLY long time, but I have decided it is time to get back to blogging. I do plan on going way back to when I stopped, but I will try to make the catch up as quick and as painless as possible. :) For those of you who are only interested in the current, give me a few weeks! :)
