Disneyland!

This week we went to Disneyland and had an amazing time! David and I haven't been to Disneyland since we were little and weren't really sure what to expect or how much our kids would like it. After our trip we both agree it exceeded our expectations. We had so much fun at it was so fun to see Spencer have fun. It was also great to have David's sister Tina and their family come with us. I fair warn you now, there are a lot of pictures!

Our matching plaid family :)

Mommy and Spencer after riding the rolloer coaster for the 4th or 5th time in a row. We just rode it with our hands up. I was so impressed, he didn't put them down once. I think I laughed the entire ride. He just seamed so little to do that!
This is the little roller coaster!

Jaxon and Eeyore

Spencer has been doing great potty training, but he did have two accidents while we were there. Once of which involved the shutting down of the carousel for about 20 minutes! So embarassing! David and I were actually riding the roller coaster right next to this at the time and poor Tina had to clean him up. So sorry and thanks again!

Spencer and Grisham in the background. They both LOVED the carousel.

Jaxon got to ride too.

David was a bit of a sucker for some of the treats at Disneyland. I happened to notice he typically bought them when I was off nursing Jaxon. Hmm...

The Dumbo ride was also one of Spencer's favorites.

Here's Tina, Radford and Grisham with us on the tea cup ride. Spencer giggled the entire time we were on this ride. :)

The boys and their first cotton candy. Spencer wasn't sure what to think of it at first, but soon he was loving it!

This was the first ride Spencer went on and also one of his favorites. I think he rode it 4 times while we were there. :)

We randomly caught this little singing quartet and as you can see, Spencer was mesmerized.

Spencer and David after riding the Matterhorn! I can't believe he rode it. He thought it was a little scary, but he didn't cry until the end because he thought they were going to go again!!

Clark County Fair!!

Spencer took this picture.^

Jaxon was SO good to keep this hat on all day and he looked so sweet!

On Friday we went to the fair with Tina and Grisham. I thought it was funny, Spencer kept calling it a circus. Until David asked him if he went to the circus and he said, "No Daddy, the fair!" The kids had a lot of fun and I thought of it as our test run for Disneyland. Spencer LOVED the pony rides and the carnival rides. He is so ready for Disneyland!!

My loves!!

Spencer has recently decided he is big enough to "hold" Jaxon. It is really funny, but it also makes me nervous he is going to try it by himself one day. He used to try to pick him up as a newborn and would drag him across the floor. It is much better now that Jaxon can sit, but now Jaxon can also crawl away, so you can see Spencer has quite the grip on him. I thought the picture was cute because Jaxon looks like he is waving, but I think he was just trying to keep from falling over as his brother squeezed him!!

My summer color

So I cut it again! I am actually growing it back to how I had it when I first cut it off and this is my transitional hair cut. I also got highlights for summer. You can't see them realy well, but this was the best picture of the cut. I had David take about 10, but for the first 5 the camera was set for picture at night so they weren't turnnig out well, then he took some from too far away and you couldn't see my hair well enough. Then the camera was being funny adn the flash was too bright, so when we got this one, I was done seeing flashes. :) I actually really like the cut. I love not having to do my hair everyday!!!

Touch a Truck!

On Saturday we went to the Touch-a-Truck event at the Orleans with some friends. The boys were in heaven. :) They all had a lot of fun and could have stayed all day if we weren't tired and hungry. We were there for about 2 hours and didn't even see everything. The helicopter was definately the highlight, but the wait was a little much. Thanks for standing in line for us Amy! It really was a lot of fun! We will definately have to go again next year! Thanks for calling Jamie!

The training wheels on this motorcycle made me laugh!

They really wanted to get IN this racecar. :)

I really was impressed that they were all willing to take turns behind the wheel!
